1. What is sjow.tv
sjow.tv helps you track movies and shows you want to watch, have watched, and what you liked. You can share lists with friends and family, and get recommendations based on your taste.

2. Account and subscription
You create an account with your email. During the beta, sjow.tv is free. When a paid plan launches, you will be notified at least 30 days before any charge, and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Once paid plans are active, by purchasing you consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable consumer law.
3. Your responsibilities
Don't share your account. Don't abuse the service. Don't do anything illegal. Pretty simple.
4. Our responsibilities, and the limits
We do our best to keep sjow.tv working well and available, but we're a small project and can't guarantee 100% uptime or that every recommendation will be a hit.
sjow.tv is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime, inaccurate recommendations, incorrect streaming availability information, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription.
5. Your data
You own your data: your watchlist, ratings, groups, and profile. You can export it in a portable format or delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how to exercise these rights.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms. You will always be notified before any price change takes effect.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. We may also terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8. Trademarks and third-party content
sjow.tv references streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Viaplay, Google TV, Rakuten, and others) so you can find where to watch a title. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. sjow.tv is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these services.
Movie and series metadata is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
9. Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Any disputes shall be resolved at the district court of the service provider's registered business address.
